Before you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days, no credit card. It is the full product at smaller volumes, on your own WhatsApp Business account.
Are Meta WhatsApp charges included?
WhatsApp messaging charges from Meta are billed separately through your connected WhatsApp Business account. Sparrow adds no markup to them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep paid access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing in your workspace is deleted.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
The workspace shows your usage and warns you as you approach a limit, and the specific action is blocked at it. Nothing is charged as an overage — you upgrade when you choose to.
Can I upgrade?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect once payment is applied, and the higher limits are available immediately. A downgrade is arranged with us and applies from your next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — two months free against the monthly price. Annual terms are set up with us directly today rather than through self-serve checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has started, except where required by law or where Sparrow agrees otherwise.
What is Enterprise?
For larger teams and higher usage: unlimited team members, contacts and campaign sends, multi-workspace rollout support and priority onboarding, on a negotiated agreement.
